
The TxiD, or transaction hash, allows users to identify each transaction made on the blockchain. As each TxID is unique, it is important that Bybit users enter the correct transaction hash when submitting a missing deposit or external exchange refund recovery request in order for the case to be processed smoothly.
Here are some guidelines to retrieve the correct TxID for your missing deposit or external exchange refund recovery request.
- For HBAR Transactions via HBAR Chain
- For TON Transactions via TON Chain
- For USDT and NOT Transactions via TON Chain
For HBAR Transactions via HBAR Chain
For HBAR deposit, the correct format of TxID is as follows:
0.0.1262739-1667285282-335664908

If the TXID format obtained from the exchange is:
0.0.1262739@1667285282-335664908
→ Kindly replace the FIRST “@” to “-” as mentioned above.

If the TXID format obtained from the exchange is:

For TON Transactions via TON Chain
For a TON token deposit via TON Chain, the correct format of TXID (Hex) is:
90a34dcb5db1b85a12db9357d7ac52365657f209d0ids9c59cc4f6612e48b2be.
Please copy the TXID obtained from the exchange and search it in the TON Explorer.
a) If the TXID format obtained from the exchange has only one (1) input Message(s), copy the Hex as per the screenshot below.
b) If the TXID format obtained from the exchange messages has one (1) input and one (1) output Message, copy the Hash from the Out Message and paste it into the search bar in TON Explorer. You will be able to get the correct format of Hex (TXID) to submit your TON recovery request.

For USDT and NOT Transactions via TON Chain
For USDT and NOT deposits made via TON Chain, the correct format of TXID is:

Step 1: Please copy the TXID obtained from the exchange and search it on TonViewer.
Step 2: In the “Event Overview” section, locate the “Bybit” entry that can be identified as a “D” entry and click on it.
Step 3: Once clicked, it will show the transaction details and “Tx Hash” which is the TXID to be used for the submission of the self-retrieval application.
